(As relayed by Gregg’s OLDER brother)

So thank you so much for all messages again! We try relay as much as possible to Greggy all your guys support and love! Hopefully next week he will be able to read all his messages himself!

I thought i’d give a checklist, and hopefully answer any questions, on all that was wrong and has been fixed or yet to be fixed:

1. His piece of his skull was removed to relieve pressure to his brain, they are not going to replace this, so i suppose Greggy can keep it as a souvenier! The neuro-surgeon has sent a CT scan of his cranium to the USA, where they are designing his titanium plate to be fitted on his skull, he said this should arrive back in 2 weeks.

2. His right eye appears fine, his left eye, the one that was ruptured has been healing well, and looks better everyday.

3. The swelling on his face has reduced significantly since the facial reconstructive surgery, and he looks just like his old self, sorry for you Greggy ;), he will have a few scars, but chicks dig it right!?!

4. His jaw is still wired and will remain so for another 2-3 weeks, he remains incubated through his nose in the meantime.

5. His upper torso didn’t suffer any significant damage.

6. His right hip and left femur have undergone successfull surgery, and the big guy is trying to rest and fight the pain.

7. Next for him is to get him breathing on his own, this should happen in the next couple of days.

His recovery has really been amazing and testament to the fighting spirit in the big guy.
Again guys, your messages and thoughts can not be understated in their impact, and im sure you can all look forward to some huggies from the hackypoo…!
